Step 1 - ask

Read the BuddyModel page and ask your organisation’s management to get approval.

Step 2 - join

Get support from the FrontlineBuddy Closed Professionals Group on LinkedIn to learn more, get tips on how to get started and see how other teams are using Buddy.

Step 3 - share

You are in charge- so you can choose to Buddy people up together or decide that Buddy is a group mindset for everyone in the team.

Speak with your team about the FrontlineBuddy Mindset in a team meeting. Share the Principles and BuddyBoundaries as training material. Print the posters to create a Buddy vibe in your workplace.

Step 4 - reflect

Let us know on the LinkedIn Group how things are going. We will be lending a hand. Give us feedback about new resources you may like and give you updates on new resources.
